A non-profit home for the elderly in Newport. Family oriented room and board for self-sufficient men and women who do not require medical care or assistance as part of their living experience.
The Nina Lynette Home has been providing its residents safe and secure room and board in a unique, caring environment since 1905. The home offers private rooms with full baths, in both single and suite configurations. Residents may provide their own furnishings or choose furniture and appointments from our home.
All rooms are spacious, have large windows and carpeting, are cleaned on a regular schedule, and are protected by central sprinkler and alarm systems.
Nina Lynette Home features a comfortable parlor for reading or visiting, and a gracious harbor-view porch to enjoy companionship outdoors. Our home also includes spacious yards and beautiful flower gardens in an elegant victorian setting.
Residents are served three family-style meals in our dining room that is specially furnished to provide a relaxing environment for the enjoyment of food, drink and conversation.
The manager lives on the premises and is available to take care of special needs should they arise.
